Ice Cream Lovers Unite!!!
This coming Sunday, July 16th, isn't just any ordinary day; it's National Ice Cream Day! Now that’s a holiday worth screaming for. My fondness for this frozen delight knows no bounds. However, navigating the world of ice cream can be a bit tricky, especially when considering the impact of dairy on our bodies.
Frequent indulgence in traditional ice cream led to some unwanted skin issues for me, reminding me that not all ice cream recipes are created equal. Many are high in dairy, which can sometimes lead to inflammation and digestive problems.
