You haven’t lost yourself.
But somewhere between everything you manage, carry, and care for,
it can get harder to hear your own voice.
This is a day to quiet the noise and come back to what you already know.
A one-day guided retreat for women ready to reconnect with who they are, what they need, and what matters now.
October 2 · 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Vadnais Heights, MN

There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from being the person who handles things. You’ve built the career. Cared for the people you love. Made the decisions. Kept things moving.
And somewhere along the way, it became easier to keep going than to stop and ask yourself what you need.
Not because you’ve lost yourself. And not because your life needs to be turned upside down.
You may simply have spent so much time responding to everything around you that you haven’t had much space to listen to what’s happening within you.
This retreat gives you that space...
Not to become someone new, but to reconnect with the woman who’s been there all along.
There’s no binder full of worksheets. No 10-step action plan. No pressure to leave with a whole new version of yourself.
This is a full day designed to help you slow down enough to hear yourself again. To notice what your body has been telling you. To reconnect with what matters to you beneath the roles, responsibilities, and everyday noise.
You don't need another day devoted to becoming better, doing more, or figuring yourself out.
You need space to remember what you already know.
You’ll have space to sort through the noise, notice what’s been asking for your attention, and get clearer about what matters to you.
You’ll become more aware of what your body has been communicating and what it may need from you in this season of life.
You’ll leave more connected to yourself, your inner knowing, and the voice that can get harder to hear when life gets loud.
Most women have gotten very good at thinking their way through life.
But you’re not just a mind.
You have a body.
A history.
Relationships.
Patterns that have helped you navigate all of it.
This day creates space to listen to the whole picture, because understanding yourself differently can change how you care for yourself, relate to others, and decide what comes next.
Hormones, stress, energy, and your nervous system all shape how you experience your life. Janell helps you understand your body’s signals so you can work with your body instead of pushing past it.
The roles you’ve taken on, the expectations you carry, and the ways you’ve learned to move through the world can become so familiar you stop noticing them. Angela helps you see those patterns with curiosity and decide which ones still belong.
Through reflection, conversation, and embodied awareness, you create enough space to hear your own voice more clearly and trust yourself in what comes next.
When you make space for your body, your patterns, and your own voice, clarity doesn’t have to be forced.
It has room to emerge.

Angela Obert specializes in identity, mindset, and authentic connection. She helps women recognize the roles, expectations, and patterns that can become so familiar they’re hard to see, creating space to reconnect with their own voice and what matters to them now.

Janell Yule is a functional health practitioner who brings together women’s health, hormones, nervous system work, and somatic awareness. She helps women better understand what their bodies are communicating so they can respond with more awareness, compassion, and trust.
Together, they’ve created a day that brings the physical, emotional, and personal pieces of your experience into the same conversation.
Not to tell you who to become or what to do next, but to give you the space to hear yourself more clearly.
Our intimate retreats are limited to just 12 women.
Here’s what women shared after spending a day with Janell and Angela.
“The women’s retreat I attended last week was nothing short of transformative. In a cozy home with just twelve of us, we moved through breathwork, somatic awareness, reflection, and honest conversations about identity and inner signals. It felt safe, intentional, and profoundly supportive.
By the end of the day, I felt lighter. When I walked in the door at home, my husband immediately said I looked more relaxed than he’d seen me in a long time. The next morning, I woke up with a quiet mind and a sense of peace that wrapped around me like a cocoon.
That clarity gave me the courage to make a decision I’d been wrestling with for months: to leave my job of 30 years and begin a new chapter. I truly believe this retreat created the space and grounding I needed to finally choose myself.”
— Beth
“This retreat was exactly what I didn’t realize I needed. It gave me space to step away from the noise and actually hear what was going on inside.
What stood out most was the connection. Being in a room with women who showed up real, open, and willing to be seen created such a powerful sense of belonging.
I left feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.”
— Genell
“The retreat was well worth it. I left feeling refreshed and energized.
Janell and Angela created a safe space where everyone felt comfortable being real and open. The guided meditation and breathwork techniques almost instantly relieved my back pain, and the entire experience felt calming, grounding, and restorative.
We all walked away refreshed and renewed.”
— Amy
“Spending time at The Nest with Janell and Angela was a meaningful reset in a way that’s hard to fully capture.
This wasn’t about fixing anything. It was about having space to arrive as you are, reflect honestly, and consider what might be next.
I left with a clearer sense of what I want to move toward and a lighter feeling overall.”

Do I really need this… or should I just figure it out?
You could keep trying to figure it out.
Most women do. And for a while, that works.
But there are some things you can’t think your way through.
Sometimes you need enough space to actually hear yourself.
Is this worth taking time away?
If you’ve been moving through life on autopilot...
a few intentional hours can give you the space to reconnect with what you actually want next.
Everything you need for a full day of reflection, connection, and supported work, with plenty of space to slow down and actually be present.
This isn't a jam-packed seminar.
There is intentional spaciousness woven throughout the day, because this isn’t about taking in more information. It’s about having enough room to hear yourself, connect the pieces, and notice what’s ready to change.
You don’t need another thing to fix.
You may just need the space to hear yourself again.
One day. Twelve women.
Room to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what you already know.
