You've done the research. You've tried the protocols. You've listened to the podcasts and maybe even spent money on programs that promised answers.
And yet. Something still feels off.
You're not imagining it. And you're not broken.
The over-functioning. The 3am wake-ups. The tight jaw, the shallow breath, the inability to truly rest even when nothing is wrong.
The weight that won't budge no matter what you try. The energy that used to be there — that you used to generate through sheer will — that now has a ceiling you can't push past. The patience that runs out faster than it used to. The mood swings that feel outside your control. The quiet fear underneath all of it that something is wrong with you.
You've been told to drink more water, journal more, meditate more. But the exhaustion lives somewhere deeper than a morning routine can reach.
It lives in your nervous system. In the patterns your body learned a long time ago to keep you safe. And those patterns have been working overtime.
This isn't a mindset problem. It's not a discipline problem. Your body has been doing exactly what it was designed to do — protect you.
The work now is learning how to let it know it's safe to soften.
The anxiety, the fatigue, the digestive issues, the irritability, the disconnection — these aren't signs that something is wrong with you. They're signs that your nervous system is asking for something it hasn't been getting.
The cravings, the brain fog, the mood swings, the weight that won't move — not failures. Adaptations. Your body has been protecting you the only way it knew how.
When we learn to listen instead of override, everything begins to shift.
You don't need to be fixed. You need to be understood.

If any of that lands — this event was designed with you in mind.
You'll arrive to a space that's been prepared for you. Soft light. Warm tea. A seat that's yours for the day. Before anything begins, you'll be invited to settle — really settle — in a way most of us haven't been allowed to in years.

The morning will weave together education and embodiment — short, grounded teachings on how your nervous system actually works, paired with simple somatic practices you'll feel in your body within minutes. Nothing performative. Nothing complicated. Just clear, accessible work that lands.
After the morning session, you'll have a full lunch break to eat, walk, journal, or simply be still. VIP attendees will have lunch provided. Full Day Experience attendees are encouraged to bring their own or explore one of the local spots nearby — we'll share recommendations in advance.
The afternoon goes deeper — guided somatic experiences designed to help your body release what it's been holding, often without words. You'll learn tools for self-regulation you'll carry with you long after the day ends. We'll close together, gently, with intention and integration — so you leave not just inspired, but actually changed.
Regulate Her™ is held by two practitioners whose work has been shaped by their own healing. They don't teach this from a textbook — they teach it from lived experience and years of training. Their presence is the experience.

Nervous System Educator · Functional Health Practitioner
For years, Janell looked like she had it together — a successful career in fitness and wellness, helping others transform their bodies.
But internally, her own body was struggling in ways she couldn't push past. After a serious illness, multiple health crises, and the devastating loss of a close friend — all within the same year — pushing harder stopped working.
She stopped asking "how do I force my body to change?" and started asking "what is my body trying to tell me?" That question changed everything.
Today she helps high-achieving women understand what's been happening beneath the surface — not through more pressure, but through awareness, safety, and nervous system healing.

Trauma-Trained Somatic Practitioner · Nervous System Educator · Strength Coach
Meggie spent years searching for answers outside herself — the next protocol, the next expert, the next book. She realized that chronic seeking was keeping her disconnected from her own body's wisdom.
The shift came when she stopped looking outward and started rebuilding trust with herself.
Now she guides women through gentle, body-based practices — using Somatic Experiencing and IFS-informed parts work — that help the nervous system release what it's been holding.
Her sessions are known for their softness, depth, and a sense of being deeply, genuinely seen.

Yes. The day is designed for women who are completely new to this work. No prior experience is needed, and nothing will be assumed. You'll be met exactly where you are, with clear language and gentle pacing throughout.
No. Sharing is never required. You can participate as quietly or as openly as feels right for your nervous system. Many of the most powerful moments of the day happen entirely inside you, without a single word spoken aloud.
This is not therapy, and it isn't meant to replace it. Therapy is often focused on talking through experiences and meaning-making. Somatic work is focused on the body — the patterns, sensations, and responses that live underneath thought. Many women find the two complement each other beautifully.
The day is paced specifically for exhausted nervous systems. There's nothing to keep up with. Rest is built into the structure. Nothing is performative. If you need to lie down, close your eyes, or step outside for air, that's part of the practice — not a failure of it.
Both are completely welcome. There is no expected emotional response. Some women cry. Some women laugh. Some women feel quiet stillness for the first time in years. Whatever your body does is the right thing for your body.
The work is grounded in nervous system science. It isn't affiliated with any religious or spiritual tradition, and women of all beliefs (and none at all) are welcomed warmly.
The day is trauma-informed in its design and held with care. That said, it is not a substitute for trauma-specific therapy. If you have an active trauma history, we gently encourage you to check in with your therapist or provider about whether this feels supportive for you right now.
Both tickets include the complete Regulate Her™ day — every education segment, every somatic experience, the movement and embodiment session, integration and Q&A, and both digital bonuses (Meggie's Somatic Exercises in 5 Guide and Janell's 4-Week Hormone Reset).
The VIP Experience adds a deeper layer of personal attention:

Yes. VIPs will be asked about dietary restrictions and preferences during registration so we can plan accordingly. Your body deserves to be nourished in a way that supports it.
Regulate Her™ is held as an intentionally small, occasional gathering. There is no fixed future date scheduled. If this day feels like it's calling you, this is the one being held.
If anything on this page felt like it was written for you, it probably was. Come spend a day learning the language your body has been speaking. Come home to yourself.
If you've read this far, something in you is asking for this. We made Regulate Her™ for the woman we used to be — the one holding it all together, wondering why rest didn't feel restful and why nothing ever felt like enough. If that's you, please come. Your body already knows the way home. We'll just walk you to the door.
