This is a real conversation — not a sales call — to find out what is actually going on and whether we are a good fit to work on it together.
30 minutes. No pressure. No homework required before you show up.

If you have been in any kind of coaching or wellness space for any amount of time, you have probably been on a sales call disguised as a discovery call. You know the one. The 45-minute session that somehow ends with three different pricing tiers and a close.
This is not that.
When we talk, my only goal is to understand what is happening in your body, how long it has been happening, and what you have already tried. Then I will tell you honestly — based on what you share — whether what I do is likely to help you and what that might look like.
If it is a good fit, I will tell you how we would work together. If it is not, I will tell you that too, and point you somewhere else if I can.
You will leave the call with more clarity than you walked in with. That is the whole point.
If you read that list and felt something — a recognition, a quiet "yes, that is me" — then you are exactly the kind of woman I built The RESTORE Method for.
You are not broken. You have not failed. You have been applying the right effort to the wrong problem. That is a very different situation. And it is one we can work with.

You tell me your story in your own words. What you are feeling, what has changed, what you have tried, what you are afraid is being missed. There is no intake form to fight through first.

I ask the kinds of questions that come from years of working with women whose symptoms have been dismissed. You will likely connect dots you have not connected before.

I share what I am noticing and what I think might actually help. If working together makes sense, I explain how. If not, I tell you where to look instead.
There is no script. No slideshow. No pressure to decide anything on the call.

Janell Yule is a Functional Health Practitioner, certified in Functional Nutrition and Health Coaching, with advanced training in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed practice.
For more than 15 years, she has helped women better understand their bodies, address root causes, and create sustainable health through a blend of science, compassion, and self-trust.
I didn't start here because I had it all figured out.
I spent years in the health and fitness industry (personal training, coaching, leadership) doing everything right by every standard I had been taught. I looked like someone who knew what she was doing.
And my body was quietly falling apart.
In 2014, an emergency appendectomy and multiple rounds of antibiotics disrupted my gut and immune system. I developed influenza, then pneumonia. Then I lost one of my closest friends to suicide. The grief, the inflammation, and the chronic stress compounded in ways I could no longer override with discipline.
For the first time, pushing harder made things worse.
That season changed everything I thought I knew about how health actually works.
I started asking different questions — not "how do I force my body to change?" but "what is my body trying to tell me?" That question led me into years of studying functional health, gut and hormone physiology, nervous system regulation, and the identity patterns that keep intelligent women stuck in cycles they cannot seem to break.
What I found, and what I now see in the women I work with, is that the body is not being difficult. It is being protective. The symptoms are not the problem. They are the signal.
I work with women privately inside The RESTORE Method™ — a structured, integrative approach that addresses the gut, hormones, nervous system, and identity patterns together. Because sustainable healing cannot happen when only one piece is in place.
HAVE FAITH & TAKE ACTION!
- Janell
Most women who find their way to this page have tried things before. They have invested money, time, and a significant amount of hope — and some of those investments did not pay off the way they needed them to.
I know that history makes it harder to reach out again.
If you are sitting with any version of "what if I spend the money and it doesn't work?" or "I've been down this road before" — I want you to know that is not a sign that something is wrong with you. It is a sign that you have been paying attention. That experience is data, not defeat.
What I can offer you right now is not a commitment to anything. It is a conversation. Thirty minutes to find out whether what I do addresses the root of what you are experiencing.
You will know more when you hang up than you do right now. That is true regardless of what you decide.
The call is free. The clarity is real.
Yes. There is no charge for the discovery conversation. My time on that call is my investment in making sure we are a genuine fit before either of us commits to anything further.
That is completely fine. You are never required to decide anything during our conversation. Take the time you need. My job on that call is to give you clarity, not to create pressure.
The RESTORE Method is not a nutrition plan or a workout program. It is an integrative approach that works at the level of your nervous system, your gut, your hormones, and the identity patterns that influence all three. Most programs address one or two of these. This work addresses them together, and in the right sequence, because the order matters.
The RESTORE Method is a private, high-touch coaching engagement. Investment and structure are discussed on the discovery call, once I understand your situation and whether we are the right fit for each other. There is no one-size pricing — the work is tailored to where you are.
You cannot out-discipline a body that does not feel safe.
